I changed the email conf code system in the unstable GPLdate...

It now:

1) uses an admin defined number of numbers - default is set to 6 numbers - to keep it short and easy for users who don't know how to copy and paste easily enter it.

2) If admin wants - they can use numbers and letter, or just letters, and choose how many they want by editing some php entries - maybe move to GlParams later.

3) Found bug in Dolphin 5.3, which also showed in GPLdate - when admin did "confirm email" from admin panel on a user - it did not set them to "unconfirmed" - this now works as it should.
