Thread: did somebody got Presence working?

Kudos!!

For months, my Ray Presence has been working fine. Suddenly I was getting a connection error on every try. Couldn't figure out what had changed. I did a quick search on modmysite,and found your solution. It worked for me as well

Not sure how my file chmod must have changed . . .but I do a lot of moving so I could of mucked it up lol.

Thansk again for posting your solution. Too many times people find answers and don't bother to share them.

This showed me the exact request from the presence popup:

GET /ray/XML.php?app=presence&action= ....

So I tried to manually access to that url. And that told me what the problem was. My problem was permission on "ray/inc/cron.inc.php" file.

chmod 777 ray/inc/cron.inc.php

solved my issue.
