Thread: Not Register Error

When i log in to my site as a user and try to upload a video/music is shows the terms of use and then when you click i agree it starts loading then shows the gray circles and under that it says not registered. How can i fix this?

This is an easy one... go into the admin panel, all the uploading features are handled by the Ray plugins. You have to register each individual plugin that you want to use. So simply go install the plugins and it will prompt you to register them with a link to where to setup a user account and generate lisences.

i did this but its not accepting the lic. I downloaded the Ad-free version but am using the free lic. Is this the problem. If so how i i "uninstall" the Ad-free version and "reinstall" the ad version without messing up my whole dolphin install? By the way, thanks for the fast helpful reply.

That is definately the issue. This is what I would try, either purchase the license for the ad-free version or download the version with ads that costs nothing. All you have to do is backup your ray folder, then remove the mp3, music, and video folders that are in the ray/modules/ folder. Insert the new mp3, music, and video folders for the version that includes the ads. The go to your control panel and register with the free license. I am only guessing that the base scripting of the ad-free ray and ray w/ads are the same and the modules themself are the difference. But you be the judge if you want to try it. Worse case scenario is you put the backup folders back. Up to you.

There are way to use Ad-Free Ray without Ads. You need to install Ray widget system and check your Admin Panel -> Ray Suite. They say: NOT REGISTERED. Ok, now you must edit each one main.xml file from ray directory from line "Not Registered" to the line "Enabled". With this you have a Ad-Free Version of ray without ads!
But limited for audio/video uploading = 10MB. I dont known fix that problem. Sorry!
