    Default Music Upload Error!

    Hi ppls.



    When i upload a music file i get the "Upload File error".
    But when i upload a video file it work just fine. Thats strang.

    Why can't i upload music files but i can upload video files?

    The thing is kinda wierd cuz video work ok at the first time but i upload a music file i get the uplaod file error but when i go to the music page under music --> all music files i see the file i click on it and it can't play. Thats strange. Permissions setted to 777 on files folders and the ffmpeg.exe is setted to 777 also.



    Need some suggestions here.

    Check this link: Fix for Ray "Uploading File Error"

    there are a number of good ideas on the forums for correcting this issue. Not sure which if any will work in your case, but do a forum search for "upload file error" and the majority of them have some kind of fixes for their particular situations.

    Default Ray Alternative

    Okay I am getting that same Ray file 500 error and I have increase file size to 10 MB. I can upload pictures but I am not able to upload video or mp3s. I have heard there is an alternative ad free player out there and I was wondering if anyone knew what it was.

    By the way I also turned off my globals and I am using dolphin 6.0.0.5 Thanks for any help.

    I have had the same problem. When I uploaded 6.1 to try I noticed the htaccess file was different so I used it in my other sites using Dolphin 6.3. I uploaded it to t he root directory and now I can upload music and videos of ANY size!!
    Hope it works for you..htaccess.TXT
