Changes made in Edit My Info not showing up in profiles

I have tried with a couple of accoutns to make changes to profiles by going thru My Account>Edit My Info. I click save changes and nothing is changed.

This is a pretty major bug. My 1000+ members can't update their profiles!

Please help!

Is your cache folder, and the files in it, writable and owned by the correct user / group (linux)?

You also may want to backup your cache folder, then delete the *.php files in it, so the cache files get recreated.

Two ideas for you.
