Anybody have a clue why I might be having these problems or is it just Orca being Orca? What a whale.
First, I discovered one problem was Norton interfering with Java scripts in Dolphin/Orca. After addressing this issue, I was able to see the forum (after adding another missing line of text) but now I am having other issues, intermittently, with Orca within Dolphin.
In Orca Groups, I am getting the following errors
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/adodom/public_html/fnmatch/groups/orca/classes/Forum.php on line 1707
[affected line in Forum.php is : $n = $up->first_child();]
After a refresh I get
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/adodom/public_html/fnmatch/groups/orca/classes/Forum.php on line 1769
[affected line in Forum.php is : return $n->get_content ();]
Then the page finally loads and I get
Warning: mysql_error(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/adodom/public_html/fnmatch/groups/orca/classes/BxDb.php on line 207
Could not connect to MySQL database.
Did you properly edit inc/header.inc.php file ?
[affected line in BxDb.php : $this->log($text.': '.mysql_error($this->link));]
Eventually, I am able to see the topics within the group and can post to them but, upon my return to the main group folder I get the MySql error again.
Anyone have any ideas on what my be causing this?
Under the Forums generally, I keep getting the following error messages when I click on the folders I set up there:
Warning: mysql_error(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/adodom/public_html/fnmatch/orca/classes/BxDb.php on line 207
Could not connect to MySQL database.
Did you properly edit inc/header.inc.php file ?
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/adodom/public_html/fnmatch/orca/classes/Forum.php on line 1748
[affected line in Forum.php under orca/classes : return $n->get_content ();]
I'm lost.
