    Default Membership did not upgrade after payment with paypal

    Payment was accepted by paypal but membership did not upgrade on site.
    I have read all entries and also have tried. No result.
    Please help.

    Is your site behind an .htaccess for testing? PayPal needs to be able to access your payment processor code to report the success of the payment.

    It could be a bunch of other things also.

    You may want to try setting up a $1 membership for testing - and try it that way and remove this test membership when all is OK.

    Or, you can setup a PayPal "sandbox" (see the PayPal developer zone about this - https://developer.paypal.com/ ) and do your testing there.

    Default I have found the problem

    In the 'Promotion' it does not go. Only if the membership is moved to 'Standard', it functions.

    and... we don't know your version and patch of aedating or dolphin.

    It's Dolphin 5.6.0005.

    Hi, I'm using Dolphin 6.1.6 and have the same problem.

    I've tested Paypal and though the payment goes through without a problem, the membership will not upgrade.

    Is this just not an option with Dolphin? Do I have to manually upgrade every account?

    If anyone has found a solution to this please let me know, it would be very much appreciated.

    Check if IPN is enabled in PayPal.....

    Make sure your /checkout folder is web accessible

    /checkout/paypal
