I don't think this has been reported anywhere else (didn't see it in a search). I was seeing these errors in my log:

[Sat May 12 05:06:35 2007] [error] File does not exist: /public_html/templates/base/images/media_tab_hover.png;
[Sat May 12 05:06:35 2007] [error] File does not exist: /public_html/templates/base/images/media_tab_passive.png;
[Sat May 12 05:06:34 2007] [error] File does not exist: /public_html/templates/base/images/media_tab_active.png;

Took me a while to realize that the semicolon was part of the filename, not part of the error log. There are typos in lines 15, 17, and 19 of upload_media.php, where there is an extra semicolon inside the quotes.
