No - it's not.
Anyways - seems like they should also release the 5.4 to 5.5 upgrade - they (BoonEx) never did this either. However, we (ModMySite) do have the means to do this upgrade, 5.4 --> 5.5 via our upgrade service.
We (ModMySite) already started the work on 5.5 to 5.6.x upgrade - but stopped when we heard that BoonEx said they were going to release it on the 20th.
If they don't - then we will continue this work, and add it to our upgrade service. We have a couple of people waiting to go to 5.6.x - so if it does not happen soon - we will need to do this.
