ae users..maybe dolphin too
Wondering why your suspended members stay suspended?
I just received 2 emails about this.
See attachments for visual.
1. an active acount profile is displayed like this.
2 after suspending it their readout is this.
3 it should be this. Giving them a link to DIRECTLY activate their profile.
Even though a member can get to the change status page by hitting the "explantion" link then hitting another link...how to they know that? K.I.S.S.
They do not want or need a explanation of why the account is suspended.. They suspended it...lol...please..
The fix is this?
In your lang file find.
Code:'_ATT_SUSPENDED' => '(<a href="javascript:void(0);" onClick="javascript:window.open( \'explanation.php?explain=Suspended\', \'\', \'width={0},height={1},menubar=no,status=no,resizeable=no,scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no, location=no\' );">Explanation</a>)',
replace with
Code:'_ATT_SUSPENDED' => '(<a href="javascript:void(0);" onClick="javascript:window.open( \'explanation.php?explain=Suspended\', \'\', \'width={0},height={1},menubar=no,status=no,resize able=no,scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no, location=no\' );">Explanation,<a href="change_status.php"> Activate</a>)',
Simple yes but important.
I doubt this has changed in dolphin....and for sure this is a pain in previous versions.
Peace.
Todd
