Are you sure they are not going to the Hotmail "junk" folder?

Also - check your mail logs - see what kind of error message (if any) is being spit back from Hotmail. Are you still getting the same as before?

Is your DNS report all OK?

Remember - it can take some time for such changes to propagate around the internet.

Hiya thanks for the help but it seems that Hotmail had put a block on the server IP.

I'm on a shared server and it turns out that one of the other website had set up a mambo system but left all the permissions set to 777 and as you would expect someone was able to shower that site with all sorts of crap. I have sorted it with Hotmail and my hosts now and it should be ok within the next few days so they say.

So if anyone asks on this Great forum " are permissions important" then i hope they take notice of theis post.

one website on a shared server making this mistake stopped about 15 other websites sending mail to Hotmail.
