Thread: Profile Type Shown To User

The default v4 Patch 2 database info for the record ProfileType in ProfilesDesc is below:

This results in users seeing this field in profile_edit page - it is shown, blank, and they can not edit the field (sort of useless).

Should this be shown at all?

Should users be able to change their profile type from single to couple?

I just downloaded and installed Dolphin-v.5.6.0004 and this fix does not work on this version.

Any idea how I can do it?

What are you trying to do - hide the "Profile Type" on the profile_edit.php page?

You can do that by adjusting the value for visible for the ProfileType record in ProfilesDesc, using phpMyAdmin.
