Thread: HELP! Can't get past the "Permissions Reversal" section of Dolphin 7 Setup!

Hey everyone, help needed!

Everytime I get to the "Permissions Reversal" tab (Second to last, the one before "Modules") I get an error message (See below) upon clicking "Next" OR "Skip":

I have, The File(s) exist and I have changed their permissions countless times. Still getting the Error Message.

This is really frustrating, any other advice? Clean Install maybe?
