Thread: "access denied" when members try to upload photos

hi all,
some of my members are having this problem with not being able to upload photos. when they click on the the "add photos" link they get an "access denied" thing. it's not a permissions thing and it only happens with a few members. i can't seem to replicate the problem, i'm able to upload pics just fine. but some members cant. it's definitely not a permissions thing under "Membership Levels". i have no idea what's causing this, and it's frustrating. boonex is soooo god damn buggy. anyone have this problem? help is much appreciated.

within dolphin itself. like when i hit the "You have 5 photo(s) in this album. Click here to add more." or the "add photos" links while in an album i get "access denied" error. i'm not even sure when it started, but one time my dolphin completely crashed and had major errors and the tech guy at host gator did a database repair. i have no idea whether this could have anything to do with it. but it seems new members have no problems adding new pics, it's only certain members (the first few) that can't seem to do it.

If these users (or one of them, at least), makes a new album, can they add to the new album?
