anyone have this issue when installing Dolphin? I've created a data base and user
Entered both in correctly.. yet I still can't get past the database issue.

You also need to "assign" that database to that user.

So three steps...

a) make database
b) make user
c) assign (grant usage) of the database to the user

This is normally done in your hosting control panel.
