    I have a Dolphin site that has 56000 members,Mostly old ones,
    I know it is possible to merge login on Vbulletin/Phpbb,But is it possible to do it so members already on Dolphin also appear on Foum.

    Default Session Name for dolphin

    I have a new application installed and once a member logs into my site and then goes to the other application I want them to not have to double login. I have a box to input the session id but what is it and where might i find it? . I'm using 6.0.0.2 dolphin
    What i have in there now is incorrect as you might have noticed lol.
    Screenshot below of what exacly it is we need.
    Much help is appreciated on this.

    Hi,

    Dolphin is not really "session" based, but cookie based... so you need to adjust for that. Also, since passwords are hashed (encrypted) - this will give you some trouble.

    You could use the Dolphin Module system - to do your integration - or / and along with - you could do some fancy footwork to get your logins to work.

    We would need to look at the application to see how they are doing things to know the best way to deal with this problem.

    But take heart - we do 3rd party application integrations all the time - and while some of them take a while to do - and some are fast - we have always been successfull in making it work.
