forum is stuck - Need help!!!!

Hi guys...need some help here.
My forum is "stuck" with a test user in it...i mean it doesn't matter how i log in to the site it is always on test user...and i can log out!!!

any ideas?

I would delete my cookies in my browser, and restart (close all browser windows) - and try again.

When you say forum - I assume it is phpBB?
