Integrating PHPBB with Dolphin 6

When I was integrating PHPBB with Dolphin 5.6 I was going in the manage modules and make the following changes:

- pressing “Configure” for phpBB

- making appropriate changes

But I can't find any tools to manage modules in Dolphin 6 admin panel

How to integrate phpBB with Dolphin 6?

i read here that it isn´t easy to integrate a phpBB Forum because they switched to encrypted passwords.

Smoge will release a Dolphin 6.0.1. version that works with unencrypted passwords again. So all what we need is a phpBB bridge/module for this. Maybe the Dolphin 5.x module will work for this release.

there appears to be a need for this (here we go again with the phpBB module saga!!!) - so we (modmysite) will try to look into this in the upcoming days.

As for 6.0.1 CLEAN having unencrypted passwords - some people say NO! some people say YES! so I guess it needs to be an option at install time.

I've uploaded the phpbb/aemod, configured, refreshed and its said 'all profiles updated'

however when i compare databases I get :

we added unencrypted user password support to CLEAN.

ok have hacked the aemod file plus two system files (modules.php and membership_level.inc.php) and the module works up to the point of transfer the data and checks the tables.
however the passwords are getting changed in transfer. i would assume this mean they are being encrypted for a second time as they are being transferred phpbb?

ok now to try and get around the encryption problem .....

removed the md5 string from the moduels entry in the db and can now login
